The scanner learns from this page's data: the ranking is nudged by what has actually gone on to earn, and if those nudges stop working it switches them off. Every money-flow reading of 50% or more is written down, and 15, 30 and 60 minutes later the scanner checks, from the trades it already reads, whether the money kept going the way the reading said. Nothing here is edited or selected: it is the scanner marking its own work. A window with no swaps at all is counted as quiet, not as a hit or a miss; a window the feeds could not see all of is left out.
What "held" means: the net flow over the next 30 minutes was on the same side as the reading. It says nothing about price or profit. 50% is a coin flip.
